Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to be happy with your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email info@zerincart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at your choice, at no extra cost. You usually do not need to send the item back.

Order never arrived: if your order has not arrived 21 days after you ordered, email us and we will resend it or refund you.

Changed your mind or wrong size: email us within 14 days of delivery and we will review your request. Please check the size information on the product page before ordering. Because our products ship from partner warehouses, we may offer a partial refund instead of asking you to return the item.

Refunds: approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
