Shipping Information

Where we ship: we currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery time: most orders arrive within 7-14 business days after you place the order. Delivery can take longer during busy holiday periods or because of carrier delays.

Tracking: we email a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Address mistakes: please check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at info@zerincart.com. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

Lost or delayed parcels: if your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived 21 days after you ordered, email us and we will help.
